Chocolate Brownie with Pecan Nuts

INGREDIENTS

200 grams of dark chocolate (in bars)
 
150 grams of unsalted margarine
 
250 grams of sugar
 
5 eggs
 
100 grams of wheat flour
 
40 grams of cocoa powder
 
100 grams of chopped walnuts
 

PREPARATION MODE

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Add the melted margarine, sugar and eggs and mix well.Add the flour, cocoa powder and nuts, mix until smooth. Place in appropriate molds, greased with margarine or lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven and bake at 180 ° C for approximately 35 minutes.

After baking, cut the brownie into pieces and, if you like, serve with a scoop of ice cream and chocolate sauce.
