Gorgonzola cheese bruschetta, pear and walnuts!

Ingredients:
 
4 slices of loaf or Italian bread
 
100 grams of fresh cream
 
1 pear
 
50 grams of gorgonzola cheese
 
40 grams of chopped pecan nuts
 
salt to taste
 

 
Preparation mode
 
Slice the bread, place it on a baking tin and place in a preheated oven at 200°C until the toasts are crispy. Mix the cheese, cream and salt and spread over the bread. Cut the pear into thin slices and add them cover the bread with the cheese; finally, sprinkle the walnuts on top of the toast...Done!! Easy and tasty!
