Ingredients:
2 cups of wheat flour
200 grams of chopped pecan nuts
180 grams of white chocolate
3 large eggs
¾ of crystal sugar
¾ brown sugar
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 spoon of yeast
1 spoon of vanilla essence, rum or chocolate
1 pinch of salt
Preparation mode:
In a bowl mix all ingredients (except nuts and chocolate) until you get a homogeneous mass. If you prefer, use an electric mixer. Add the chopped chocolate and nuts and mix again. In a greased and floured form put 1 tablespoon with about 50 grams of dough for each cookie. Take to bake in oven preheated to 180ºC. Bake for about 25 minutes, and you're done.
