Banana and flaxseed cake

Ingredients: 3 eggs 1 cup of demerara or brown sugar 1/2 cup rice flour 1 cup of golden flaxseed flour 2 cups oat bran 8 bananas 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or melted butter 1 cup of whole yogurt 1 teaspoon baking soup 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation mode: Arrange the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a blender, beat the eggs with the oil, yogurt and 3 bananas. Cut the other 5 bananas into slices lengthwise. Mix the liquid part with the dry ones until well mixed. In a greased and floured pan, make layers of dough interspersed with banana layers, reserving some for the topping. Finish the last layer with bananas and sprinkle with cinnamon. Take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees until you pass the toothpick test (here it was about 40 minutes)
