Farofa of Chestnuts from Pará

Ingredients: 1 cup of toasted manioc flour 100g of chilled butter ¼ cup of roasted pará tea without salt ¼ cup of demerara sugar tea Zest of 1 bay orange Pinch of salt

Preparation mode: Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Cut the chilled butter into cubes. Coarsely chop the cashew nut with your hands or in a processor. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with your fingertips until they form a thick flour. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving or storing. Source:
