Routine for a productive and healthy day!

Many people crave a productive day and when nightfall comes, they realize that they didn't do half of what they wanted and should have done. This happens due to poor organization and routine planning, causing time to not be properly optimized.

With that, we decided to bring you a step-by-step guide on how to make your day more productive and healthy just by organizing your tasks, check it out!

1) Wake up early! Waking up early is a crucial factor for a wonderful routine. Waking up early and doing your tasks calmly will help you get a lot more energy to finish the day. When you wake up, exercise, take a shower to start the day well and have breakfast calmly... after that, you start the planned routine with more energy and disposition.

2) Sleep well! To wake up early you need to be well rested, so getting a good night's sleep is essential. Therefore, sleep at least 8 hours, always looking for a better quality sleep, such as choosing a quieter, darker and more comfortable place.

3) Make a list of priorities! By creating this list, you will be prioritizing what must be done urgently, even the simplest, this will help you to have more focus and not procrastinate, as your goals will be well defined.

4) Avoid distractions! When you set goals, you should always avoid straying from the main subject. So stay away from social media and cell phone, try to focus as much as possible on the goal and reward yourself after that.

5) Do one task at a time! Trying to optimize your time by performing several tasks at a time is frustrating, as your brain will keep changing focus several times and you won't be able to do anything well.

Focus on how to optimize your time performing tasks in a way that is pleasurable and if you are unable to focus: change the environment in which you are performing the task or even take a break and refresh your mind.
