Granola pancake


Ingredients:

3 tablespoons of rolled oats

3 tablespoons of granola

2 tablespoons of oatmeal

1 banana (silver) very ripe

½ teaspoon of baking powder

5 tablespoons of milk

2 eggs (whole)

1 dessert spoon of demerara sugar

Cinnamon (to taste) Preparation mode:

In a bowl mix eggs, milk, fine rolled oats, oatmeal, half of granola, cinnamon, demerara sugar and baking powder. Mix well until smooth. Knead the banana with a fork, add to the cream, and set aside. In a small skillet, grease with coconut oil and add a dough scoop, fry with a lid until the edges are golden brown, turn and fry for a few more seconds. Serve with the rest of the granola and fruit of your choice.
