Banana au gratin with oatmeal and walnuts!


Ingredients: 6 very ripe dwarf bananas 1 lemon juice 1 tablespoon of honey ½ cup (tea) of oatmeal ½ cup (tea) of quinoa flakes ¼ cup (tea) of chopped walnuts ½ pot of low-fat yogurt

Preparation mode: Cut all the bananas into cubes and add all the other ingredients until everything is well mixed. Transfer the mixture to a form or refractory and place in a preheated oven at 200° until golden brown.
