Ingredients: 2 medium bananas 2 large eggs ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup of vegetable oil 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder 1 tablespoon of yeast 1 cup whole-wheat flour or whatever you prefer Preparation mode: In a blender, beat the bananas, eggs, brown sugar and oil, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. After, add the flour and mix slowly, add the cocoa powder and the baking soda and mix well until the dough is smooth. Pour everything into a greased and floured shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
