Ingredients:
1 very ripe avocado
1 garlic clove
1 purple onion 4 cherry tomatoes
Juice of a lemon Parsley
Chili
Oregano
Nuts
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Preparation mode:
-Chop all the ingredients and place in a container, along with the pepper, oregano, walnuts and lemon juice. Then, add the two tablespoons of coconut oil to give the mixture a bind; -In another container, mash the avocado well;
-Put everything together until it forms a homogeneous dough, and perfect, it is ready to serve and delight.
It can be served, placing in tacos, nachos or whole toast.
