Oat and Walnut Burger


Ingredients: 150 grams chopped pecan nuts 200 grams rolled oats 100 grams of breadcrumbs 1 cup of milk 3 beaten eggs 1 large onion (minced) 3 cloves of garlic (chopped) plus 2 cloves of crushed garlic (to add to the oil in the frying pan) Thyme to taste Black Pepper (freshly ground) Salt to taste Preparation mode: Put the nuts together with the oats in a processor (until flour). Also add the onion and garlic. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead with your hands until it forms a ball (it is advisable to let the mixture stand for 30 minutes so that the flavors are released). Heat a little oil in a frying pan, crush 2 cloves of garlic and put in the oil so that it is fragrant. Form balls with the dough and crush them to form the hamburgers. Place in the pan and let them brown on both sides. Okay, now you can taste it any way you prefer !!
