Simple Chestnut Puree

Ingredients: 1 kg and ½ of chestnuts 50g butter 2.5 liters of milk Ground black pepper Preparation mode: Cook the chestnuts with water and salt. When they are cooked, drain the chestnuts, and reduce the puree. Finally, add the puree with the milk and butter. Season with pepper and salt, and it is ready to serve.
