Chocolate Chip Cookie with Nuts


Paste:

1/2 cup (tea) unsalted butter;

2/3 cup (tea) of refined sugar;

1 egg;

3 cups (tea) of flour;

1/2 cup (tea) Pecan Chopped Pecan Noble;

150g of dark chocolate;

Way of doing:

Mix the butter, sugar, egg and melted chocolate (It is important to melt gradually, if you use the microwave for this, let it melt for 30 seconds, then remove, stir and add another 30 seconds, until it melts completely ). Add the Nuts.

After well mixed, add the sifted flour, little by little, until the dough reaches a uniform appearance. The consistency point should be similar to that of a modeling clay. You should be able to knead in your hands without the dough sticking. After modeling, place in a pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200º for about 30 minutes.

Note: It is not necessary to grease the mold since the cookies are quite oily.
