With this, you can develop respiratory and metabolic diseases , hypertension, cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, among others.

A good diet is essential to prevent diseases like these from attacking your body. There are several foods that are essential for a better quality of life and among them are the oilseeds that include in your group walnuts, cashews, Brazil nuts, peanuts , almonds, hazelnuts, macadamias and pistachios. These foods are rich in nutrients, fiber, antioxidants and good fats that are immensely beneficial to humans. Oilseeds, besides being tasty and full of good things, also: - act to prevent obesity, since they give a feeling of satiety to those who consume; -control the amount of free radicals that damage cells;

-prevent ariovascular diseases and diseases , among others.
