Pecan Nut Cake with Yogurt


Walnut Cake with Yogurt Ingredients: 1 jar of plain yogurt (170 g)

4 eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 2 cups white wheat flour

3/4 cups sugar 1 cup chopped pecan nuts 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1 tablespoon baking powder

To the roof: 1/2 can condensed milk 1/2 box sour cream 2 tablespoons dry shredded coconut


Preparation mode: Grease and flour a round pan with a hole in the middle, approximately 20 cm in diameter. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, butter and chopped nuts. Reserve. In another bowl, mix the yogurt, eggs and oil and beat until smooth. Mix the cream with the dry ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 40 minutes. If you choose the icing, just spread it over the cake or serve as a side dish.
