Pecan Nut Muffins


Ingredients: 200 grams of unsalted butter 270 grams of wheat flour ½ tablespoon grated nutmeg ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon 2/3 tablespoon of yeast 1 pinch of salt 220 grams of sugar 2 eggs 70 grams of pecan pecan pecanobre 330 ml of mashed ripe banana - manually or in a blender

Preparation mode: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease the molds with plenty of butter. In a large bowl, mix the flour, spices, baking powder and salt, all passing through a sieve. Reserve. Beat the butter and sugar in an electric mixer until light and airy, starting at the lowest speed and gradually increasing. Add the eggs and continue to beat at medium speed for two minutes. Slowly add the dry ingredients until you get a thick, smooth dough. Then add and gently mix the walnuts and mashed banana. Fill the molds with the dough and sprinkle pecans on top of each cookie. Then bake for about 15 to 20 minutes (preferably in the center of the oven), or until a toothpick comes out clean after being inserted into the center of one of the muffins. Wait at least 10 minutes before unmolding the muffins and placing them on a base to cool. With the pastry bag, decorate the top of the muffins with the icing (optional). When they have cooled down completely.
