Rice with pecan and apricot nuts.

Pecan nuts perfect combination for your main dish.


2 cups raw rice

1 cup of dried apricots, finely cut lengthwise

3/4 cup candied, toasted and coarsely chopped walnuts

3/4 cup medium onion, cut and sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste


Cook the rice and transfer it to a bowl, mix apricot, walnuts, chives and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
