Neapolitan Brigadier Spoon

Ingredients of the Neapolitan brigadeiro spoon:

3 cans of condensed milk 3 tablespoons butter 2 gems 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 3 boxes of sour cream (600g) 3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate 1 cup of chopped strawberry 2 tablespoons of chocolate drink of your choice Milk chocolate shavings to decorate


Preparation mode:

In a saucepan, pour 1 can of condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of butter, the sieved egg yolks and the essence. Cook over low heat, stirring until it thickens and comes off the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat, mix 1 box of cream and let it warm. Distribute in individual transparent cups and refrigerate for 30 minutes.


Bring another pan to low heat with 1 can of condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of butter and powdered chocolate. Stir until it thickens and comes off the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat, mix 1 box of cream and let it warm. Pour into the cups over the white brigadeiro and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.

Beat the strawberry in a blender until smooth. Pour into a saucepan, add the remaining condensed milk, chocolate milk, remaining butter and cook over low heat. Stir until it thickens and comes off the bottom of the pan. Remove from the heat, stir in the remaining cream and let it warm. Pour into the cups over the dark brigadeiro. Decorate the Neapolitan brigadeiro from a spoon with chocolate shavings. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
